I recently had an electrical issue with my 2012 F350, and let me tell you, electrical problems are the worst! Thankfully, I found Kapp Auto Repair and Matt Hepner. Frank it is Chris Sheffer Heyyyyy there Brother that tune up done because I was experiencing static or crossfire of the wires and requested new wires... Etc you looked up different kinds and said it would be about $600.00 Wellll fuck, that static is back horribly... And I noticed that you guys replaced the boots only?? Not the wires?? Good Grief.... I have wasted so much money Nowww I guess I will forced to go to Ford and (pay for it again and cost more than you plus get the front end fixed and evaluated.... This is total bullshit..

Matt and team at Kapp auto care once again, has done a fantastic job with our vehicles. I had a major repair that the Ford dealership said would take at least a week to finish. Jamie (the mechanic) had the job done in 2 1/2 days! Not to mention $1000 cheaper! They are always polite and listen. They ask the right questions to get the best information.
